Today is part of Mental Health Awareness Week in the UK and this is a special bonus episode.

Endometriosis is a common and often misunderstood condition that affects many women worldwide. It occurs when the tissue that normally lines the inside of the uterus grows outside of it, causing pain and discomfort. Endometriosis can be a debilitating and isolating condition to live with. With the right support and care, it is possible to manage its symptoms and live a fulfilling life.

In this episode, we explore the topic of endometriosis and its impact on women's health and wellbeing. Our guest shares her personal experience with endometriosis and provides insights on how to recognize the symptoms and find help. We discuss the importance of self-advocacy and building a support system, as well as research and treatments for endometriosis.

Alyssa is an endometriosis and infertility warrior turned Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and Restorative Wellness Practitioner. She helps women through her Thrive With Endo 1:1 coaching program to get to the root cause of their endo symptoms or infertility by healing from the inside out and is so passionate about helping women to be able to live their life to its fullest and truly be able to achieve their dreams.
