After years of struggling with emotional eating in her late teens and early twenties, Maddy set out on a journey to understand why she was emotionally eating and how she could break free from it.

Today Maddy shares her tools in her online program Fit Body Fresh Mind, a Pilates, Yoga, Mindfulness and Nutrition platform for people who want to get lean and strong the kind and mindful way.

Maddy is Swedish and Czech, but grew up in Belgium and lived in London, Sydney and Monaco before calling Costa Rica home. In her free time, Maddy loves to surf, spend time with her dogs, and ride her horse, Bill.
