In addition to being a TEDx speaker, Eri is one of the most highly recommended speakers at top global companies such as Amazon and Microsoft. She works with clients across six continents, ranging from top tech executives and Hollywood creatives to everyday people living extraordinary lives.

Eri is the author of the best-selling book, Relationship Agreements: A Simple and Effective Guide for Strengthening Communication, Reducing Conflict, and Increasing Intimacy to Design Your Ideal Relationship.

A former leadership development professional at Amazon, Eri’s transition into creating Relearn Love began when the executives she supported started trusting her with their most personal challenges. She saw the pattern: when leaders thrive at home, they lead with more focus, clarity, and energy at work. This creates a positive ripple effect across their families, teams, and communities. Since then, tens of thousands across the world have been positively impacted by her work.

Eri is the mama of two incredible children and shares a powerful, conscious relationship with her husband, Jaymin Patel. They live in Bali, Indonesia and have a chapter of their own love story featured in Chicken Soup for the Soul: The Miracle of Love.
