Coming from a grounded, science-based understanding of how hypnosis actually works, we highlight why it is far more practical and safe than we might assume. Usually last on a long list of complementary therapies, we consider why hypnosis isn’t as widely known as other therapies and how it can be integrated into the healing work many of us are already doing.
