We usually want to know how a decision will turn out before we commit to it, but life does not really work that way. In an effort to be “logical” we often ignore our intuition or gut feeling, and go with the solution that makes sense to everyone else instead.

When we come back to ourselves and start trusting what we know, we tend to end up somewhere better than we were aiming for. Creating alongside others while staying aligned in who we are can then become something that enriches us and gives us a whole new layer of life experience.

ANTONIA DANIEK

Antonia Daniek is a mentor, speaker and creator of Source Dynamics whose work explores what becomes possible when we learn to trust ourselves, listen to our inner wisdom and co-create without losing who we are.

Raised in a Tibetan Buddhist community, Antonia has spent much of her life exploring the relationship between our inner world and how we meet life, change and one another. Today, she brings together more than 16 years of coaching and entrepreneurship with a lifelong practice of contemplation, intuition and listening to what wants to emerge.

At the heart of her work is an invitation to Trust Forward: to take the next step without needing to know the whole path, become more fully ourselves, and learn to trust not only our own inner knowing, but also relationship, emergence and life itself.

Through her work, Antonia invites changemakers to explore new ways of being, relating and consciously co-creating—within themselves, with each other and with the living world.
